Shipping policy

At Dermasense.pk, we strive to ensure that your order reaches you quickly and safely.

Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on all orders over the value of Rs. 4,000/-.

• A flat delivery charge of Rs. 190 will apply to all orders under the value of Rs. 3,999/-.

Order Processing

• Orders placed by 12:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time) will be shipped the same day via registered courier service.

• Orders received after 12:00 PM will be dispatched the next working day.

• Orders received on Friday or during Pakistan’s National Holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day.

Delivery Timeline

• Standard delivery time is between 3 to 5 working days (no deliveries on Sundays).

• During busy shopping seasons or mega sales events, delivery may take up to 7 working days.

Advance Payment Policy

• For orders above the value of Rs. 15,000/-, an advance payment will be required.

• Customers will be contacted after order confirmation to share payment details and account information.
